You must print or write out the checkout information from E-Bay and include your name and address. Otherwise we cannot match payments to orders !...You would be surprised how many we get !

Returns Information

Any item can be returned within 7 days for any reason for a full refund (excluding postage). Once you have completed the seller dispute form from E-bay we will issue the refund.

All returns must include your name address and e-bay id, we suggest you obtain proof of posting as we will not be responsible for items that get lost in the post.If you have a problem when you receive your order, please let us know as soon as possible, using the E-bay contact form  and we will do our best to sort it out for you.

Your goods will be wrapped well and posted in a jiffy bubble envelope. Large orders will be boxed. We use both Royal Mail and courier, whichever we can obtain the best price on shipping. Our shipping rates are reasonable and not over inflated like some others on E-Bay.

Discount on orders where we can combine shipping, wait for a final invoice from us before you pay .

Damaged items must be photographed including the packaging and a copy e-mailed to us within 48hours so a claim can be made from Royal Mail.
